1. Nature of the Service
FontScanner provides a digital software-as-a-service product. Purchases consist of scan credits allocated to your online account. There is no physical product and therefore no cargo, courier, or postal shipment.
2. Delivery Method & Timing
After payment is confirmed by our payment provider (iyzico), scan credits are allocated to the Buyer's FontScanner account electronically and immediately. Performance is complete once credits appear in the account balance.
3. Delivery Failures
If credits are not allocated due to a fault attributable to FontScanner (for example, a verified service outage after a successful charge), contact us and we will restore the credits or refund the relevant amount.
