Sales Policy

1. Seller

This page provides general pre-information and sales policy for purchases made through FontScanner, in accordance with applicable consumer protection rules on distance contracts.

2. Subject of Sale

FontScanner sells digital scan credits that allow the Buyer to run full-site font detection scans through the Service. Package names, credit amounts, and prices are shown on the Pricing page and confirmed again at checkout before payment.

3. Price & Payment

Prices are displayed including applicable taxes where required. Payment is collected in a single transaction by credit or debit card through the iyzico payment infrastructure. FontScanner does not store card numbers or CVV codes.

4. Performance

After payment confirmation, credits are allocated to the Buyer's account immediately and electronically. There is no physical delivery. An electronic invoice is issued based on the billing information provided at checkout.

5. Distance Sales Agreement

Before completing any paid order, the Buyer must read and accept the Pre-Information Form & Distance Sales Agreement presented at checkout. That order-specific agreement includes the Buyer's identity, address, selected package, and final price.

6. Withdrawal & Refunds

Instant digital services are generally excluded from the 14-day right of withdrawal under applicable consumer law. Details are set out in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

7. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the Buyer's place of residence have jurisdiction within the monetary limits announced annually by the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Turkey.
