Cancellation & Refund

1. Scope

This policy applies to purchases of FontScanner scan-credit packages made through https://fontscanner.app. It should be read together with our Sales Policy and Terms of Service.

2. Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Article 15 of Turkish Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and Article 15(1)(g) of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services performed immediately in electronic form and for intangible goods delivered to the consumer instantaneously.

By completing checkout and accepting the Distance Sales Agreement, the Buyer acknowledges that scan credits will be allocated instantly upon payment confirmation, that performance begins immediately, and that the 14-day right of withdrawal therefore cannot be exercised.

3. Final Sale & Exceptions

As a rule, all purchases are final and scan credits are non-refundable once payment is confirmed. A refund may be requested only where the service cannot be performed due to a fault attributable to FontScanner (for example, credits not allocated after a successful charge, or a verified outage that prevents use of a newly purchased credit).

4. Unused Credits

Unused scan credits do not expire. They are not refundable simply because they remain unused, except where mandatory consumer protection law requires otherwise or where Section 3 applies.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund under Section 3, email legal@fontscanner.app or use the Contact form. Include your account email, order/payment reference, and a short description of the issue. We typically respond within 1–2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via iyzico.

6. Order Cancellation Before Payment

You may abandon checkout at any time before confirming payment. No charge is made until you complete the payment step with iyzico.
